Description
NORCAL Ambulance, the largest Critical Care Transport (CCT) provider in Northern California, is actively seeking CCT-Registered Nurses (CCT-RN) for our Fly Car opportunity.

  • Shift types:
  1. Swing Shift (Mid Day)
  2. 10 and 12 hour shifts

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and provide care to a diverse population of critically ill or injured patients of all ages, including pediatrics, in a mobile environment, one patient at a time
  • Function as a leader and mentor to a team of specialty trained CCT EMTs
  • Communicate and consult with primary medical providers, facilities, patients and their families, establishing a plan of care based on best practices and standing protocols.
Requirements
  • California RN License 
  • CA Drivers License (Required)
  • Minimum two years of recent ER, ICU, or prior Critical Care Transport/Flight experience (RN or EMT-P)
  • AHA BLS Certification
  • AHA ACLS Certification
  • AHA  PALS Certification
  • CEN, CCRN, CFRN, CTRN (preferred)
  • TNCC, ITLS, TNATC (preferred)
