Located in NW Houston and have an immediate need  great opportunity for a well rounded candidate to fill our Account Coordinator.

  

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers on order requests, inventory, lead times, and pricing
  • Process new customer orders, change orders and shipments in Plex ERP system 
  • Use various customer Web portals to obtain orders/planning schedules, schedule shipments and submit ASNs Process EDI transactions in Plex
  • Provide shipping instruction and paperwork to shipping department
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints.
  • Communicate with internal departments (accounting, planning, quality, sales, shipping
  • Knowledge/understanding in thermal management industry
Requirements

  

Qualifications:

  • Customer Service experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • Ability to learn quickly with attention to detail
  • Exposure/experience in navigating in MS Office Word, Excel, Email, Teams
  • Excellent organizational skills


Education and/or Experience

  • High School and above
  • Certification from a qualified trade school in a related field, or some college is a plus.
  • Previous Customer Service-related experience required
  • Edi experience preferred
  • Bilingual a plus!
