Shodair is excited to be adding a Resource Patient Care Coordinator to our awesome Case Management team! Resource Patient Care Coordinators are a vital part of the treatment and admissions teams. They work with an interdisciplinary care team to develop, coordinate, and monitor patient admissions. Resource Patient Care Coordinators also work to provide a safe and welcoming environment to our new patients.

Shodair also offers a highly competitive wage and benefits package, including tuition assistance and student loan repayment options! There are three schedule options to include Wednesday-Saturday, Thursday-Sunday, or Friday-Monday. Starting at $21.38 per hour.
Required Education and Experience – At least one year of serving people with mental illness.
Preferred Education and Experience - 2 years of case management experience or patient care experience in a healthcare or social services delivery system. Some inpatient care setting experience. Post-secondary education or Bachelor’s degree in a human services field strongly preferred. Experience in an inpatient care setting is also preferred.
