Description
As a Policy Services Intern you will learn to use multiple systems and resources to accurately handle an assigned territory to rate and issue new business submissions within company standards. In addition, you will be responsible for communicating with brokers on renewals in that territory which will include requesting updated renewal information, rating, quoting, and issuing of those renewals. Cross selling of company products will be included as part of your communication with brokers. You will also learn how to process policy endorsements (including premium general liability audits) within your assigned authority following company guidelines.
Requirements
- Must be a student in a four-year college or university.
- Must be able to work 40 hours per week for at least 10 weeks.
- Must be able to work in our center city Philadelphia office.
- Risk Managment/Insurance major preferred.
