XTIVIA - Solutions Architect

How you will make a difference
The Solutions Architect engages with both existing customers and new prospects to understand their needs and align them with XTIVIA’s offerings. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and thought leadership to align presales activities with the business objectives. This role also requires a dynamic individual who can bridge technical expertise with strategic business acumen to deliver value-driven solutions and drive success for the company and its clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with prospects to identify and assess their technology needs and help articulate how our solutions/offerings align with their overall IT initiatives.
- Understand AI principles, use cases and ability to articulate these to the prospective clients.
- Knowledge of cloud architecture solutions like Azure, GCP, AWS, etc.
- Understanding Technology stack in Data, Microservices and Cloud.
- Present technical solutions, business value, and ROI to stakeholders, both technical and non-technical, during the sales process.
- Prepare & deliver customized presentations to prospective clients on our services.
- Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs with compelling proposals.
- Collaborate with peers and internal teams on new solutions and how it aligns with the overall technology stack.
- Assist sales teams in converting leads and opportunities into wins.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to identify GTMs strategy and create competitive technical solutions.
- Work closely with the technical delivery team to provide feedback on customer requests.
- Act as a liaison between technical and sales teams to ensure clear communication and alignment.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive solutions.
- Provide thought leadership and insights to enhance the company’s technical capabilities and market positioning.
- Prepare and deliver regular updates to senior management on presales activities, market trends, and business opportunities.
- Ensure alignment between client expectations and deliverable outcomes.
- Assist the sales team in renewals, cross sale and up sales.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Revenue growth driven by presales activities.
- Conversion rate of opportunities supported by the presales team.
- Customer satisfaction and feedback scores.
What you bring to your new team
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in presales, technical sales, or related roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of Cloud offerings and solutions in the industry.
- Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a technical and sales-oriented team.
- Exceptional ability to present complex technical concepts to diverse audiences in a clear and compelling manner.
- Customer Focus: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities.

This position has an expected salary range of $115,000 - $160,000 with an on-target earnings of between $138,000 - $192,000 through our bonus program.
