LoftyWorks

LoftyWorks is a comprehensive prop-tech software solution that simplifies property management through various tools, including CRM automation and customer communication. It facilitates efficient operations, property portfolio management, and offers top-tier financial management, with seamless integration with Xero. Developed since 2019, LoftyWorks is a result of collaboration between Lofty, a major US prop-tech company, and a prominent UK outsourcing firm. It combines the extensive experience of both companies to bring the best practices from the UK and US real estate sectors into one platform.

Responsibilities:

-  Design and develop solutions in a micro-service architecture.

-  Develop a deep understanding of DevOps culture.

-  Collaborate closely with product owners, designers, and stakeholders to clarify and evaluate requirements.

-  Implement rigorous testing in line with continuous delivery practices.

-  Maintain projects in a manner that promotes collaboration and reuse by other developers.

-  Produce estimates for future development using Agile methodologies.

-  A genuine passion for technology and openness to new ideas.

-  Proven experience working in a micro-service environment.

-  A strong understanding of Agile environment principles and practices.

-  Understand and utilize tools available in cloud computing platforms.

-  Solid understanding of GraphQL and REST in a micro-service environment.

-  Deep knowledge of at least one of the following languages: Typescript, Java, JavaScript, (knowledge of more than one language is a plus).

-  Familiarity with NodeJS, React is desirable.

-  Knowledge of search technologies using Lucene-based technologies (Elasticsearch, Solr) - SQL, NoSQL, XML, XSD, SOAP, JSON.

-  Experience with continuous delivery pipelines (Amplify, GitHub Actions etc.).

-  Experience with serverless technologies.

-  Proficient in the basics of Linux, including using Bash and Python to accomplish Tasks.
