Description
Do you love providing exceptional customer service and have a knack for organization? If so, we want to hear from you! We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team in Seymour, IN as a Customer Service & Data Specialist. You will ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new customers. This includes gathering customer concerns and accurate pond/lake profiles to best serve their needs.
This position is seasonl and run from February - September
Responsibilities
Customer Service:
- Answer phone calls, emails, and other inquiries from new customers in a friendly, professional, and timely manner
- Be the friendly and helpful voice of our company when new prospective customers contact us!
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor, fostering strong relationships with our customers
Data Management:
- Input and maintain customer files and lake data according to company standards
- Assist with creating communication materials for customer onboarding and service updates
- Input and update customer and lake data into our CRM system, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Generate reports and track key metrics related to customer service and lake management projects

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with CRM software a plus
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn new things
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable
- Muti-tasking a plus - - be able to talk on the phone and enter data at the same time
Salary Description
$15.00 per hour
