About Woodhaven
Woodhaven empowers individuals with developmental disabilities and neurodivergent youth to achieve independence and be active members of their community. We do this through programs specifically designed to help each person we provide services for achieve their personal goals.
· Assist HR Director with the total operation of the Human Resources office.
· Process applications, reference checks, criminal records checks and transfer requests
· Assist in maintaining up to date personnel files.
· Assist in reporting Workers Compensation injuries to our insurance company
· Maintain skills to operate the Human Resources Information Systems.
· Assist HR Manager in compiling facts and figures for personnel/human resources planning in compliance with federal, state and local government regulations.
· Assist HR Department in the coordination and tracking of promotions, transfers, personnel record keeping, exit interviews, EEOC compliance and other areas assigned.
Minimum Requirements
· Clear, professional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
· Lively & engaged team player
· Able to work effectively independently or in a team setting while multitasking and prioritizing projects
