What to Expect:
- Training: You'll receive comprehensive training on our software and processes. Be prepared to absorb a lot of information initially and be eager to learn everyday.
- Workload: You'll handle a mix of assigned tasks and project work, building on your knowledge from one engagement to the next.
- Mentorship: Work closely with a dedicated mentor and interact with key individuals within the firm.
- Client Interaction: Gain real-world experience by working on actual client projects and meeting clients.
- Professional Development: Network with business professionals from the community and learn about business development.
- Feedback: Receive constructive feedback on your progress throughout the internship. We'll also complete any necessary paperwork for school credit.
We are currently offering internships for 2027 in our TAMPA, ORLANDO, and PENSACOLA offices:
- Spring Tax Internships (JANUARY – APRIL 2027): Join us during the bustling tax season, where you'll typically work 24+ hours per week from January to mid-April.
- Fall Audit Internships (SEPTEMBER – NOVEMBER 2027): Dive into our audit process starting in September and concluding in November.
- Commitment to work at least 24+ hours per week.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new software and processes.
- Positive attitude and patience during the learning phase.
