Becker & Company is seeking a dedicated Desk Investigator to join our team. This role involves a variety of administrative and in-house investigative duties, focusing on national insurance claim assignments. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting online and phone research, completing background investigations, social media and pre-surveillance reports, and verifying information through telephone canvassing.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct online research to complete background investigations.
- Prepare social media and pre-surveillance reports.
- Canvass businesses and various departments via telephone to establish and verify information.
- Assist in obtaining online documents and public reports.
- Collaborate with team members to gather necessary information for investigations.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for documentation and reporting.
- Attention to detail
