City Fitness is seeking a hands-on, reliable, and skilled Associate Maintenance Technician to join our Facilities team!

What You’ll Do:
- Perform general maintenance and repairs on building systems—HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and more
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address safety hazards or facility issues\
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor audio/visual and electrical issues
- Assist with capital improvements, emergency repairs, and daily upkeep
- Work with janitorial staff to ensure club cleanliness and function
- Complete work orders efficiently and to City Fitness standards

- Strong understanding of electrical, hydraulic and other systems
- Strong understanding of general maintenance processes and methods
- Advanced working knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices

Required Education and Experience
- Must be 18 or older
- High school diploma or GED required; vocational training preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in facility maintenance or a related trade
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repair
- Valid driver’s license- preferred
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 40 scheduled hours per week. Unless otherwise specified, days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8am to 4pm. Evening and weekend work may be required as special projects or job duties demand. Any scheduling variations must be approved in advance by the direct supervisor.
