We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Gateway Attendant/Maintenance Helper. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining security protocols while also providing essential support in the maintenance of our facilities. Key Responsibilities:

• Control property access for incoming traffic, ensuring a secure environment for residents and guests.
• Verify credentials and issue passes to authorized visitors.
• Direct visitors and maintain site security to ensure compliance with company policies.
• Assist the Supervisor in daily operations and ensure adherence to safety standards.
• Monitor surveillance cameras and report any suspicious activities or incidents.
• Provide information and assistance to inquiries from residents, guests, and staff.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including basic repairs and upkeep of facilities.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gatehouse and surrounding areas.
• Collaborate with maintenance staff to address facility-related issues.

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Previous gate attendant experience preferred.

• Hearing: Ability to hear alarms, announcements, and verbal communications from visitors and staff.
• Environmental Exposure: May be exposed to outdoor elements, including heat, cold, rain, and wind while performing duties.
