In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining security protocols while also providing essential support in the maintenance of our facilities. Key Responsibilities:
- Control property access for incoming traffic, ensuring a secure environment for residents and guests.
- Verify credentials and issue passes to authorized visitors.
- Direct visitors and maintain site security to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Assist the Supervisor in daily operations and ensure adherence to safety standards.
- Monitor surveillance cameras and report any suspicious activities or incidents.
- Provide information and assistance to inquiries from residents, guests, and staff.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including basic repairs and upkeep of facilities.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gatehouse and surrounding areas.
- Collaborate with maintenance staff to address facility-related issues.
Responsibilities:
