Account Executive (Northeast)

Description

As the Northeast Account Executive, you will be responsible for new customer acquisition in your assigned territory. 


The salary range for this role is $125,000 - $135,000 (approx. $260,000 OTE), based on experience. 


Key Responsibilities: 

  • Meet and exceed your assigned software quota  
  • Create a comprehensive territory plan to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas 
  • Understand the unique needs and challenges of prospects and position our software solutions 
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to ensure a consistent flow of opportunities.  
  • Present and demonstrate the value of products and services to prospective buyers. 
  • Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and decision-makers. 
  • Lead contract negotiations and navigate complex sales cycles. 
  • Provide feedback to the product development team based on prospect needs and market insights. 
  • Work with your assigned BDR and develop an outbound sales strategy for your territory. 
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities in SFDC; consistently forecast your business, quarter over quarter  
  • Actively travel within your assigned territory. Attend sales meetings, trade shows and other industry events. 
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of success in B2B software sales, with a focus on exceeding revenue targets. 
  • Strong understanding of the software industry, including SaaS and enterprise solutions. 
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills. 
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels within client organizations. 
  • Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills. 
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field 
  • Must reside in New Jersey or New York
