Marketing Director, Non-Profit and Faith Market

Our solutions make payment processing simple and ease administrative burdens for faith-based groups, nonprofits, and schools. 


Vanco seeks to hire a Marketing Director to support the lead and demand generation for our  Faith market (includes nonprofits and other charitable giving organizations). 


Job Description: 

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the campaigns and lead generation that accelerate growth for our non-profit/church payments and software market. You will oversee the marketing programs of this segment for Vanco, with a goal of elevating the Vanco brand and generating quality leads for the sales team. Your role will be to strategize and then work with the team to create these marketing programs from concept to reality.


What you’ll be doing:

· Own and manage the demand generation funnel, with a focus on MQLs for our non-profit/church business

· Run marketing and partner campaigns to meet our business pipeline and revenue targets

· Work closely with the sales organization to align with their goals 

· Work closely with marketing team (content, paid ads, product marketing etc) to raise the awareness of Vanco in the church/non-profit space market

· Leverage marketing automation tools and team to bring scale to demand generation programs

· Work with product marketing and product to create compelling messaging and launch new features

· Work with closely with partner and customer success teams on programs

· Analyze campaign outcomes in detail, helping surface insights and presenting results clearly internally.


Competencies:

· Strategic Thinking and Planning: This involves developing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company’s goals, understanding customer segments, and positioning Vanco effectively in the market.

· Lead Generation and Nurturing: Expertise in creating and managing campaigns that attract and convert leads through inbound and outbound marketing, as well as nurturing leads through the sales funnel. 

· Digital Marketing Proficiency: A strong grasp of digital marketing channels and techniques, including SEO, PPC advertising, social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing, is essential.

· Data Analysis and Interpretation: The ability to analyze data from various sources, interpret trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing campaigns and improve ROI.

· Creative and Innovative Thinking: The ability to craft compelling narratives and innovative campaigns that resonate with target audiences and differentiate the brand in a competitive market.


Who you are:

· Minimum of 5+ years of experience in marketing generating leads for a B2B sales team

· Experience with email marketing, website, partner PPC, SEO, Salesforce

- Experience marketing to the faith and/or nonprofit market

· Understanding of marketing automation, lead scoring and nurturing programs

· Track record of growing a marketing program and showing ROI

· Willingness to be deep in the details while also being able to create and communicate higher level strategy

· Demonstrated ability to partner effectively across the organization, working well cross-functionally and able to form strong relationships with key stakeholders

- Early adopter of AI tools in the marketing space
