What you Will do

· Work directly with clients to train them on the best practices of our ERP applications.

· Increase product adoption and usability through effective training programs.

· Elevate our training offering through: in person, remote, and video/self serve training with the goal to help customers adopt our new tools

· Be a subject matter expert on both finance and our software tool, as it relates municipal processes.

· Support internal Catalis team where required to improve internal finance knowledge

· Work closely with the Implementations and Support team, as well as supporting Development and Customer success initiatives.

· Work with the Implementation, Support, and Customer Success team to ensure we are creating “raving fans”

Requirements

  

What you Will Need to Succeed

· Previous Municipal Accounting or Finance experience is an asset.

· Previous formal Training an asset.

· Proven experience in training or teaching.

· Curiosity to learn new things, and adopting technology

· Excellent organizational and time management skills.

· Exceptional communication and customer service skills.

· Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications

· The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Municipal experience is an asset.
