About the Client Service Representative Role  


We are looking for a Client Service Representative to join our growing team! As the first point of contact for clients and patients, you will ensure a welcoming, professional, and efficient experience. This role will serve our Emergency Department. 


Schedule & Compensation

           Schedule:  Wednesday/Thursday/Friday/Saturday 10p-8a

           Compensation: Starts at $22.50 *inclusive of shift differential

 

What You’ll Do

  • Provide a warm and kind first impression to clients and pets.
  • Communicate professionally with clients and team members, both verbally and in writing.
  • Update patient records and maintaining accurate client information.
  • Assist with patient admits and discharges, as well as processing payments.
  • Support the cleanliness and organization of the hospital.
Requirements
  • Experience in customer service, pet store, grooming, kennel work, animal industry preferred. 
  • Computer knowledge- keyboarding and use of office communication systems (office suite).
  • Working knowledge of veterinary terminology highly preferred.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, team oriented environment.
