As a born-again Christian, the teacher should exhibit spiritual maturity and leadership abilities to teach and embody God's truth effectivel. Effective communication with diverse individuals, proper handling of confidential information, and maintaining a courteous, professional, and respectful attitude in all situations are crucial. Integrity is a must in all circumstances.

• Instruct and engage students through lectures, discussions, visual aids, and other effective teaching methods for student comprehension.
• Be passionate about preparing students academically for college and lifelong success.
• Prepare course objectives and outlines following curriculum guidelines or state and school requirements.
• Carefully monitor data regarding student progress and make necessary instructional adjustments to ensure student success.
• Administer tests to evaluate student progress, record results, and develop reports to inform parents of progress.
• Maintain classroom standards, including attendance records, discipline, lesson assignments, and timely homework correction.
• Communicate regularly with families as partners in the education of their children.
