What You’ll Do

We are currently looking for compassionate caregivers all across Fort Worth. Join our team and see what we have been nominated as Employer of Choice for 3 years running by our employees! As a CNA or caregiver, you’ll play a crucial role in improving the lives of our clients by assisting with:

• Personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Mobility support, such as transferring, repositioning, and assisting with walking
• Meal preparation and feeding assistance based on dietary needs
• Medication reminders to help clients stay on track with prescriptions
• Light housekeeping, including laundry, changing linens, and maintaining a clean environment
• Companionship and emotional support to ensure clients feel engaged and cared for
• Transportation and errands, such as grocery shopping, doctor’s appointments, or pharmacy runs
• Observing and reporting changes in a client’s condition to supervisors for quality care

To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following requirements:

• At least 2 years of professional caregiving or CNA experience
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• A clear background check in compliance with state regulations
• Willingness to follow a professional healthcare dress code to maintain a high standard of care and presentation
