We’re looking for a new addition to our team in Tampa, Florida as a Construction Intern for Summer 2025.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing project documentation using Procore, including submittals, RFIs, and meeting minutes.
• Utilize Bluebeam to review and annotate construction drawings and documents.
• Support the project team in tracking progress and maintaining schedules.
• Participate in site visits to monitor project status and ensure compliance with plans.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders, including contractors, architects, and subcontractors.
• Prepare reports and presentations on project status and findings.

• Currently pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Familiarity with Procore and Bluebeam software is preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic understanding of construction processes and terminology is a plus.

Pay

$22 / hr
