Pool Attendant - The Windsor Court
Description

The Pool Attendant ensures the pool area is clean and orderly, delivering prompt and courteous service to guests.


  • Walk through assigned areas regularly during shifts, replacing used towels, service trays, and glasses, and emptying trash bins.
  • Set up and/or break down pool areas daily.
  • Promptly remove trash and/or linens and note areas needing immediate cleaning.
  • Keep pool showers, lockers, and bathrooms clean throughout shifts.
  • Assist Pool Bartenders and Pool Servers as needed.
  • Clean all pool areas thoroughly while following safety and security guidelines.
  • Dispose of used towels and trash properly and restock clean towels.
  • Ensure pool linens and supplies are stocked adequately.
  • Report lost items, damages, or merchandise issues to supervisors or security promptly.
  • Address guest requests, questions, and complaints courteously to ensure satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with Supervisor on task priorities and offer assistance as needed.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
  • Work schedule may vary based on operational needs.
  • Use effective communication tailored to diverse backgrounds and organizational levels.
  • Monitor slide safety and enforce usage rules as required for properties with slides.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Proficient in required job skills and adept at learning and applying new information.
