What’s the job?
We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled System Administrator to join our IT team in the Phoenix office. This role is responsible for managing local infrastructure, supporting global IT operations, and providing direct on-site support to employees. As a System Administrator, you will maintain and optimize systems, ensure reliable network performance, and partner with our global IT team to align service delivery across locations.
To be successful, you should have experience with servers, networking equipment, user account management, and endpoint security systems. You should also bring a collaborative spirit, strong problem-solving skills, and a drive to deliver reliable, user-focused technology solutions in a fast-paced environment.
System & Infrastructure Administration
- Monitor, maintain, and upgrade local servers, workstations, and network equipment.
- Administer user accounts, security groups, and access controls (e.g., Microsoft 365, Azure AD, VPN).
- Ensure system availability, reliability, and performance through patching, backups, and monitoring tools.
- Manage local endpoint protection, backup, and disaster recovery processes.
- Collaborate with the global IT team to ensure consistency of systems and support across all offices.
End-User & On-Site Support
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues in the Phoenix office
- Troubleshoot problems with connectivity, authentication, and conferencing tools (Zoom, Teams, etc.).
- Set up and support desktops, laptops, and mobile devices for onboarding and device lifecycle management.
- Support AV equipment and hybrid meeting tools in conference rooms.
- Ensure all user issues are tracked and resolved via ticketing system within SLA timeframes.
What’s the work location?
You’ll be based out of our stunning, light-filled headquarters in the Warehouse District of Downtown Phoenix—a 17,000-square-foot space designed for collaboration, creativity, and connection. You’ll work in-office five days a week in a vibrant, collaborative environment designed to inspire connection, creativity, and a great workday experience.
Occasional after-hours support and participation in global IT initiatives may be required.
What's the earning potential ($$$)?
This role offers a competitive base salary in the range of $60,000 to $70,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
What are we looking for?
- 3+ years of experience in system administration or a related IT support role.
- Strong technical proficiency in Windows and macOS environments, Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and basic networking.
- Hands-on experience with endpoint management platforms, ticketing systems, and remote troubleshooting tools.
- Familiarity with cloud-based tools and SaaS platforms (e.g., OneDrive, SharePoint, Azure).
- Relevant certifications preferred (e.g., CompTIA Network+, Microsoft, Azure Administrator).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to support technical and non-technical users.
- Organized and capable of managing multiple tasks with competing deadlines.
- Collaborative team player who works well across local and global teams.
