Job Role


Reporting to the Director of Compliance and Quality, the Reporting Analyst is primarily responsible for administering client facing reports, including quality testing to ensure the accuracy and completeness of client facing reports. 

Requirements

Responsibilities will include:

  • Collect and organize data for various types of business reports.
  • Review data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Collaborate with internal business owners to resolve identified issues.
  • Independently prioritize multiple projects to ensure milestones and deadlines are met or exceeded.



Qualifications:

  

  • 1-2 years of reviewing reports for accuracy of data
  • General knowledge of business operations, objectives, strategies, process and information flow.
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Excel to create pivot tables, graphs and charts.
  • Familiarity with Tableau, Access, SQL, and business intelligence tools is beneficial.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Tendency to pay close attention to small details that could impact results
  • Proven  track record of meeting or exceeding deadlines. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively relate data to internal and external business partners.
  • Understanding of Managed Care processes, including utilization review and case management functions. (preferred).
