Job Title: Contents Restoration Technician

Reports To: Contents Manager

Job Summary:

What you will do:

• Carefully package, wrap, and carry customer property
• Pick up and delivery contents
• Maintain a clean work environment and vehicles.
• Perform demolition and structure cleaning.
• Assist other departments as needed.
• Thoroughly clean contents and textiles.
• Maintain accurate records in DASH software

What you bring:

• Willing to be trained in all specialized cleaning procedures for contents and structure
• Able to learn the functions of our inventory management system (iCAT)
• Willing and able to work overtime as needed to assist in emergency services.
• Must have a Valid driver’s license
• Willing to operate a forklift.
• Must have a positive attitude.
• Desire to help others
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Motivation for personal and professional growth
• Physical abilities.
• Be able to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
• Be able to frequently lift up to 50 pounds
• Routinely lift and carry 100+ lbs with support
• Be able to frequently carry up to 30 pounds over long distance or up/down stairs
• Be able to stand for up to 4 hours at a time.
• Be physically able to operate a forklift
• Be able to safely climb ladders
• Be able to work in outdoor conditions
• Be able to work in hot/damp conditions
• Be able to wear full-face respirator
• Be able to wear particulate masks (like N-95)
