Production Administrator

Come join our team as a PRODUCTION ADMINISTRATOR! The  Production Administrator is responsible to help control procedures,  organize work instructions, schedule work orders, and provide reports to  Production Management.

We are looking for a detail oriented, organized, safety focused, team player that can lead.

Your Day to Day

  • Generate in the system, reviews, and sends daily production and downtime reports.
  • Update and send daily Scorecard report with production results.
  • Prepare and sends daily reports with the quantities of raw material used in color change.
  • Process in the system the quantities of raw material used during color changes.
  • Prepare and send monthly statistics and graphs of the raw material used by color changes.
  • Prepare weekly statistics and graphs of comparative results of the Scorecard report for Vice presidency meetings.
  • Elaborate monthly report with the results obtained from the Production Management and sends it to Vice President.
  • Complete Snaplock Weekly reporting for the Vice presidency.
  • Prepares and sends monthly planned and unplanned downtime reports to the vice presidency.
  • Create and keep updated Job Descriptions of the employees assigned to the Production Management.
  • Create, and maintain updates of the different procedures, work instructions, and forms.
  • Print  a daily report of sales orders from the Sports area to keep track of  Sales Orders received and placed in the machine to run.
  • Scheduling work orders from the Sports area in the system, ensuring that the deadlines and requested presentations are met.
  • Provide support as a backup in some activities of the Assistant Production Manager in her absence.
  • Compliance with the different internal standards and processes of the company.

Any other activity assigned to you, is inherent in your responsibility.

Requirements
