We are seeking full-time Medical Assistants MAs to join our team at Physician's Building 3 in the the Pediatrics, Dermatology, and Family Medicine departments.

   4-10s schedule possible

The Medical Assistant MA will:

  • Welcome patients and prepare them for their health care visit
  • Complete intake assessments including medical history and vital signs
  • Assist during procedures
  • Monitor, document, and administer medications and immunizations
  • Perform phlebotomy and point of care laboratory testing
  • Manage and prioritize patient portal (MyChart) and telephone communications
  • Participate in and support patient education
  • Coordinate ongoing care including referrals and prescriptions
  • Play an essential role in fulfilling our mission
  • Heighten the patient experience by providing extraordinary care

Minimum Requirements of the Medical Assistant MA position:

  • Completion of Certified/Registered Medical Assistant program (must become certified within 6 months of hire), medical assistant experience preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic computer knowledge and proficiency

The successful Medical Assistant candidate will be subject to a background check.
