Position Summary:
A cafe manager is an individual that manages a cafe’s day-to-day operations. They sell food and beverages to customers. This person is responsible for managing all aspects of the cafe’s operation, including planning menus, working with vendors, and training employees.

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):
Education and Experience:
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills to foster relationships and partnerships.
- Multi-tasking and time management to meet deadlines while remaining flexible and open to change.
- Highly organized and skilled with social platforms and software
- Love working on a team and a desire to constantly be learning
Knowledge and Skills:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Up to 12 months of related work experience.
Spiritual Requirements:
- The incumbent in this position must abide by the Abundant Lifestyle Agreement and the Abundant Culture Guide and must attend at least one Abundant church service per week.
Physical Requirements:
- Can lift a minimum of 15 pounds

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Supervising, recruiting, and training staff in cafes
- Assisting in scheduling staff members or volunteers and quickly locating replacements in case of sickness or absence
- Maintaining and monitoring inventories
- Listening to customers and resolving their complaints
- Assigning rules and responsibilities to employees for operational efficiency
- Making sure that the store is maintained following sanitation and cleaning standards.
- Keeping the cafe clean, safe, and welcoming for customers.
