A Plus Transmission , a full-service auto-repair shop serving the local and surrounding Brighton communities, is looking for a solid transmission rebuilder with outstanding automotive repair & maintenance skills who is willing to grow with our team. EARN: $36 - $44/HR - Hourly with Bonus OR….Flat Rate w/ Accelerators up to $8/HR & Bi-weekly guarantee! (Average Annual Income $74,880 - $104,000)

• Must have the ability diagnose and perform in vehicle transmission repairs. 
• Must be able to perform valve body repairs, solenoid replacements
• Must be able to perform transmission hydraulic tests as well analyze those results
• Must have 5 years of experience working as an automotive technician with at least 2 years of that being strictly transmission related. 
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and emissions/after treatment systems, engine diagnostic software on a wide variety of vehicles & equipment.
• Previous experience and/or working knowledge of DOT inspections.
• Experience with Engine and Transmission diagnostics.
• Top end engine repairs.
• Have your own tools and a valid driver's license.
• Strong character & work ethic with a positive attitude.
