This position will oversee all facets of production at our Loucks Road facility on 2nd shift. Specifically ensuring that all manufacturing principles are being performed in a safe and timely manner to maximize overall performance of the shift (safety, shift change, changeover, waste reduction, break relief, etc.)

SCHEDULE: Monday-Thursday 3:00PM-1:45AM

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
 

• Diligently work towards ensuring that all employees adhere to all workplace safety expectations and requirements
• Receive daily turnovers from other production department managers/supervisors
• Ensure that all areas of production planning are being followed in the sequence that it is distributed in
• Ensure that all shift data is entered into the appropriate system accurately
• Communicate via email, phone, or text pertinent situational turnovers to production department managers and supervisors
• Supervise all shift production personnel in a fair and consistent manner, ensuring that all work expectations are met
• Participating in Safety and Continuous Improvement as a significant contributor with a consensus mentality
• Work to coach and improve performance of all shift employees

• Bachelor’s degree, high school diploma, GED
• 5+ years’ manufacturing experience
• Industry experience a plus
• Proven ability to effectively leading a team
• Safety and Quality conscious
• Excellent communication skills
