What you'll be doing:
- Liaison between internal staff and clients
- Processes document requests received via FACS queue, email, phone or verbal from external and internal requestors
- Follow Company, and client specific requirements when processing requests to ensure compliance
- Follows up on document requests with clients
- Processes documents when received including, updating system of record following compliance, Company, and client specific requirements
- Preps documents for scanning and indexing to appropriate account(s)
- Distributes documents to either internal or external requestor
- Responsible for quality control process to ensure correct documents sent to correct party
- Maintains spreadsheets with client contact and availability information
- Updates Connect procedures as necessary
- Understand and adhere to Company information, security and privacy responsibilities as detailed in the Information Resource Usage Policy, Staff Manual, and client-specific publications.
Skills/Education/Experience To Be Successful:
- High school diploma
- AA Degree preferred, and/or equivalent experience
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Fast, accurate typing skills: using the touch typing system is a plus
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail
- Interpersonal skills
