FOH SUPERVISOR

Windjammer Grill at Fourwinds Marina & Lakeside Inn is looking for a FOH Supervisor to join our team. Our ideal candidate is kind, positive, and works well with others. He or she also believes in quality, consistency, and working in a clean and organized environment. Comparable experience is preferable.


Essential Functions:

· Working under the direction of the General Manager to help manage all FOH operations

· This is a supervisor position: there will be some administration expected to assist the General Manager.(i.e. scheduling, hiring, etc.)

· Daily cash handling and control

· Greets guests with warmth and handles all guest complaints, conflicts, or requests

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Requirements

 

Qualifications, Duties & Essential Functions:

· 1 years of progressive experience in FOH Operations

· Passion for hospitality, a good sense of humor, and a passive ego to maintain a positive attitude with employees and guests

· A natural (not contrived) warmth and charisma

· This is a supervisor  role: there will be administrative duties to assist General Manager

· Outstanding communication and supervisory skills

· Self-motivated and demonstrates quick thinking

· Strong attention to detail, able to multi-task, and committed to excellent service

· Available to work weekends, nights, and holidays

· Overtime offered based on staffing needs

· Be able to lift and carry up to 60lbs.

· Must be able to stand, walk, lift, and bend for long periods of time.

· Willing to learn safe food handling practices and workplace safety procedures

Salary Description
15.00 to 20.00
