Position Overview 

The B2B Marketing Specialist is responsible for executing marketing strategies to drive lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement within Edovate’s B2B markets, including schools, educational organizations, and institutional partners. This role collaborates closely with sales, product, and content teams to develop targeted campaigns that increase conversions and business growth.

Requirements
  •  Lead Generation & Campaign Execution: Develop and implement B2B marketing campaigns that generate leads and nurture prospects through the sales funnel. 
  • Content Marketing: Create and manage compelling marketing materials, case studies, whitepapers, email campaigns, landing pages, and social media content tailored to school administrators and institutional buyers. 
  • Sales Enablement: Support the sales team with marketing collateral, presentations, and competitive insights to enhance prospect engagement and conversion rates. 
  • Market Research & Strategy: Conduct market research to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities in the education sector, leveraging data to inform campaign strategies. 
  • Email & Digital Marketing: Execute targeted email marketing campaigns, digital advertising, and lead nurturing workflows to optimize customer acquisition and retention. 
  • Event & Webinar Marketing: Plan and promote webinars, industry events, and virtual conferences to establish thought leadership and generate business leads. 
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for B2B marketing initiatives, using analytics to drive continuous improvement. 

Qualifications & Skills 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the education, edtech, or curriculum industries. 
  • Strong understanding of lead generation, digital marketing, and content strategy. 
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo). 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to create engaging content. 
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to measure and optimize campaign performance. 
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • Experience in the education sector or working with schools and institutional partners is a plus.
