Duties:
• Ensures a safe environment and promotes a safety culture.
• Manages team in planning, organizing, and carrying out of operations.
• Hands on training for new Account Managers
• Oversee reporting sent to customers through Account Managers.
• Look for new opportunities to grow the company.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
• 3 years of Account Manager experience in upstream chemicals
• Ability to write service recommendations to customers with minimal assistance.
• Sufficient in Excel and PowerPoint Presentations
• Time Management skills
• Build relationships with customers.
• Ability to work independently in an environment where priorities change quickly.
• Meticulous and able to prioritize tasks.
• Responsible for P&L
Physical Requirements:
• Mobility: ability to bend, stoop, twist, stand, squat, climb, crawl, and walk, and extended periods of standing or sitting
• Ability to work outdoors under extreme weather conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Travel will be required to various job locations.
