The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will play a key role in supporting our lofty hiring needs and coordinating an exceptional interview process from end-to-end.

Here is the type of work you will do:
- Review candidate resumes and conduct initial phone screens.
- Coordination of all candidate communications keeping the candidate experience a top priority.
- Schedule interviews with Aduro team members, including other members of the Recruiting Team, Controllers, and Directors.
- Attend University career fair programs with other Recruiting Team members.
- Manage the internal recruiting calendar and important deadlines.
- Assist with posting and refreshing job listings.
- Organize and track candidate data in our applicant tracking system, Paylocity.
The salary for the Talent Acquisition Coordinator role will range from $55,000 - $65,000. Salary is determined based on current market data and candidate experience level. This role will be a hybrid role with 1x a week in our Denver office.

- You have 1 - 2 years of coordination or administrative support experience
- Previous recruiting or talent acquisition experience Is a plus
- You have experience working in an Applicant Tracking System
- You have an innate ability to adapt and learn new technologies and tools
- You are highly responsive with impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written
- You have exceptional attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
- You are self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently with the ability to ask for what you need
- You can plan and prioritize based on urgency and changing needs
