Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee office operations and administrative staff to ensure efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with state, federal, and industry regulations, including HIPAA
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to optimize workflow
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track success
  • Respond to urgent client and caregiver situations to maintain continuity of care
  • Assist recruitment, training, and retention efforts for caregivers and office staff
  • Act as a liaison between caregivers, clients, and medical professionals
  • Support financial and budget planning to drive business growth
Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous supervisory experience in home care, healthcare administration, or operations management
  • Strong understanding of home care regulations and compliance
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in managing teams, scheduling, and operational workflows
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite Software, and Scheduling Software,
