Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee office operations and administrative staff to ensure efficiency
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and industry regulations, including HIPAA
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to optimize workflow
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track success
- Respond to urgent client and caregiver situations to maintain continuity of care
- Assist recruitment, training, and retention efforts for caregivers and office staff
- Act as a liaison between caregivers, clients, and medical professionals
- Support financial and budget planning to drive business growth
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous supervisory experience in home care, healthcare administration, or operations management
- Strong understanding of home care regulations and compliance
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in managing teams, scheduling, and operational workflows
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite Software, and Scheduling Software,
