Works with small engineering team to provide a broad range of design and technical product support functions.

• Designs products by building electrical/RF models for wire and cable design using FEM/BEM and other software.
• Performs physical/electrical validation testing for new products.
• Performs analysis of electrical performance data in support of process capability.
• Designs fixtures, methods and software for RF testing.
• Provides customer technical support for product design requirements.
• Interacts with process engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure electrical integrity of finished products.
• Completes analyses to verify costing standards.
• Develops and reviews design engineering documents; assists in documentation management.
• Maintains reference documentation for industry standards.
• Attends international standards committee meetings.
• Attends work regularly and reliably.

• BS Electrical Engineering (Microwave/RF concentration preferred) or BS Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum GPA 3.0 in engineering coursework. Preferred (but not required) courses include Fields and Waves I and II, Intro to Communications and Signal Processing, Antenna Theory, Microwave Engineering I and II, Linear Algebra.
• 0-3 years' work experience in engineering discipline.
• Research experience, accessing and prioritizing data to solve problems.
• Experience with CAD software; HFSS, COMSOL, or similar, and MSOffice applications.
• Exposure to document control/file management.
• Data acquisition and SPC experience desired.
• Experience working in a team environment.
• Strong math, spatial relations and mechanical skills/aptitude.
• Detail orientation and accuracy.
• Literacy in English.

This is a full-time, 40-hour on-site position.
