Kooks Customer Service Representatives assist both B2B and B2C customers in a high-octane, fast-paced sales environment. The CSR will answer phone calls and emails regarding new and existing orders, as well as provide expert information on the best Kooks parts to fit customer needs. As part of the Kooks Krew, the CSR will be helping customers maximize their performance for their personal vehicle and businesses alike.
- Handle inbound calls from our internal and external sources. This includes, but is not limited to, giving prices, part numbers, availability, and lead time.
- Input orders utilizing internal ordering software systems. Review customer purchase orders and communicate with customers, as needed, to collect missing information, documentation, and approvals required to complete order.
- Work cross-functionally with sales and technical support to resolve open issues.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
- Aftermarket Automotive Experience / Knowledge required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to interpret customer issues, coupled with the ability to troubleshoot and translate issues into resolutions while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Ability to empathize with customer concerns while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Ability to learn quickly on the job.
- Ability to answer calls promptly as well as respond to customer inquiries through email.
- Conduct business in an ethical and professional manner.
