PCG Consulting Group is a dynamic and innovative organization that partners with health, education, and human services agencies to improve lives. We have partnered with Deloitte and are currently looking for a talented Recruiting Marketing Coordinator to join our team.
This position will support both the recruitment team and the marketing strategy by managing the creation and execution of recruitment marketing materials and providing hands-on support throughout the hiring process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment marketing and candidate management while being comfortable handling the operational side of recruiting, including posting job announcements, tracking candidates, and supporting recruiters with day-to-day execution.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment Marketing & Branding
- Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns to enhance employer brand visibility and attract top talent.
- Create and manage marketing materials, including job postings, social media content, and outreach campaigns.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to align marketing efforts with hiring needs and market trends.
- Partner with internal teams to identify brand positioning opportunities and measure the success of recruitment marketing efforts.
- Create social media posts and outreach strategies to engage targeted talent pools.
2. Hands-On Recruitment Execution
- Manage job posting announcements on internal and external platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.).
- Monitor candidate engagement and application trends to adjust postings and outreach strategies as needed.
- Work with recruiters to provide direct support in the hiring process, including scheduling interviews and tracking candidate progress.
- Manage recruitment logistics, such as coordinating interview schedules and providing timely follow-ups to candidates.
3. Candidate Assessment & Tracking
- Track and manage candidates through the hiring pipeline using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Conduct initial resume reviews and pre-screening to identify qualified candidates.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate tracking and reporting.
- Support hiring managers by providing insights into candidate quality and pipeline challenges.
4. Collaboration & Process Improvement
- Work closely with the recruitment team to identify gaps and opportunities in the sourcing and outreach process.
- Provide data-driven insights to improve candidate engagement and recruitment marketing performance.
- Develop and implement best practices for managing recruitment outreach and candidate communication.
- Serve as a point of contact for candidates, ensuring a smooth and positive recruitment experience.
Required Qualifications
?? Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in recruitment marketing, employer branding, talent acquisition, or related fields. ?? Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to execute campaigns and handle recruitment logistics. ?? Experience using digital marketing tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Hootsuite, Canva, or similar platforms). ?? Proficiency with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever) and candidate tracking systems. ?? Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling recruitment content. ?? Proven ability to balance strategic oversight with hands-on execution of recruitment and marketing tasks. ?? Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
Preferred Qualifications:
?Experience working with government or public sector clients is a plus. ? Background in social media strategy or SEO optimization for recruitment campaigns. ? Familiarity with hiring challenges in healthcare, education, or government sectors. ? Experience developing and leading outreach initiatives to increase diverse candidate pipelines.

Work Environment:
- Remote role – Travel is not currently required but may be needed occasionally in the future.
- Expense reimbursement will be provided per Deloitte policies.
