PCG Consulting Group is a dynamic and innovative organization that partners with health, education, and human services agencies to improve lives. We have partnered with Deloitte and are currently looking for a talented Recruiter to join our team.


Role Overview

The Recruiter will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and engaging top-tier talent to support the organization’s staffing needs. This position requires leveraging various sourcing techniques such as online job boards, social media, networking events, and industry-specific databases. The ideal candidate will build and maintain strong talent pipelines, ensuring a continuous flow of qualified professionals.


This role involves close collaboration with recruiters and hiring managers to understand specific hiring needs, ensuring an efficient and strategic recruitment process. By applying innovative sourcing strategies and fostering strong relationships with candidates, the Recruiter will directly contribute to the organization’s growth and success.


  

Key Responsibilities


Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development:

  • Identify and attract top candidates using job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Utilize advanced search techniques, including Boolean searches and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Maintain and expand a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

  Candidate Engagement & Screening:

  •   Conduct initial outreach and preliminary screening to assess candidate qualifications.
  •   Evaluate resumes, conduct phone interviews, and ensure alignment with hiring needs.

  Collaboration with Hiring Managers:

  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to define role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Provide regular updates on the candidate pipeline and recruitment progress 

  Process Improvement & Compliance:

  •   Maintain accurate candidate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  •   Track sourcing metrics and ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.

  Employer Branding & Networking:

  •   Promote the organization’s employer brand and value proposition to attract top talent.
  •   Participate in employer branding initiatives and recruitment events.

Requirements

  

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a sourcing or recruiting role with proven success in identifying and engaging talent.
  • Skills & Expertise: Proficiency in sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and social media platforms. Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. Exceptional organizational and time management abilities. Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Industry-specific sourcing experience.
    • Recruitment certifications (e.g., AIRS, LinkedIn Certified Professional Recruiter).

Work Environment:

  • Remote role: This role does not require travel; however, travel may be required in the future based on business needs
  • Expense reimbursement per Deloitte policies.

Salary Description
$60-70 per hour
