Your Role as Senior Quality Technician:
As a Senior Quality Technician, you'll be the go-to expert ensuring that every part and component adheres to the highest standards. You’ll be using top-of-the-line tools like CMMs, micrometers, and calipers to inspect, measure, and ensure that our products meet exact specifications.

 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Inspect & Measure: Use your precision skills to perform dimensional inspections of parts and components to ensure they meet quality and design specs.
• Prototype Support: Help guide engineering teams by inspecting prototype parts and ensuring early-stage production stays on track.
• Continuous Improvement: Work with the team to improve processes, validate measurement techniques, and contribute to our ongoing efforts to raise the bar.
• Collaborate & Communicate: Work alongside Quality, Production, and Engineering teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure consistent quality across all stages.

We’re Looking for Someone Who:

• Has 3-5 years of experience in calibration, metrology, or instrumentation.
• Is proactive, reliable, and a problem-solver who loves diving deep into technical challenges.
• Can interpret technical drawings and has experience with Gage R&R studies, PPAP, and prototype inspections.
• Has a sharp eye for detail and thrives in a role where accuracy is key.
