We are currently seeking a full-time Implementation Coordinator for our West Jordan, UT office!
The Implementation Coordinator works with the customer and internal stakeholders to guide orders through the implementation process after a sale has been made, ensuring that implementation is completed accurately, on time, and within budget.
Duties include:
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Scheduling Coordinators, Field Engineers, and all other departments to support implementation timelines and deliverables.
- Coordinate logistics and resource allocation with Project Managers to determine fulfillment and installation schedules.
- Gather and organize necessary project documentation from internal and external stakeholders to facilitate project progression.
- Maintain consistent phone and email communication throughout the project lifecycle, providing regular updates to internal and external stakeholders.
- Track project progress, identify potential risks, and assist in implementing mitigation strategies.
- Process invoicing for completed services using SAP.
- Create project specific documentation as needed that may be shared with internal and external customers.
- Ensure Project supporting documentation is accurate & stored in SAP & Monday.com.
- Management of “Service Milestones” In SAP Projects.
- Manage Requested dates & Service invoice dates appropriately in SAP.
- Report and escalate to management as needed.
- Provide constructive feedback on internal and external processes, to improve the implementation process.
- Perform all other duties assigned by management.
- Strong computer skills, including the Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook). Project Management tools: Experience with SAP by Design preferred.

- Ability to meet deadlines.
- 1-2 years of coordination experience, whether in install coordination, workforce planning, event planning, or similar.
- Basic knowledge of/exposure to Audio/Visual technologies, networking, IT, electrical work, or similar preferred.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Compensation and Benefits:
Hourly wage is negotiable based on skill level and experience.
