ESP Account Manager
Description

SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Responsible for the maintenance, cultivating, and continued development of large ESP customer accounts.


SPECIFIC DUTIES, ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Sales and support for large customer accounts assigned to the account manager
  • Identify and maintain new customer accounts 
  • Maintain an open line of communication with customer accounts
  • Following up on sales leads from customer employees & contractors to increase margins from customers  
  • Communicating developments, needs, and any other pertinent information to the regional management team


Requirements

EHS REQUIREMENTS:

  •  Complete all work in a safe manner and follow all safety requirements consistent with supporting the company’s TRIR goals
  •  Follow all environmental requirements consistent with supporting the company’s environmental performance goals
  •  Complete, and actively participate in all the company’s safety training requirements

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required:

  • 4 years of experience working in oilfield sales or account management environment
  • 2 years of experience working specifically with Electric Submersible Pumps (ESP)

PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs unassisted
  • Ability to bend and stoop if necessary
