A Team Leader in the healthcare revenue cycle management or RCM team will perform the following duties:
- Fair understanding of claims submission(Electronic & Paper).
- Hands on experience on working on clearing house rejections/ system edits.
- Eligibility verification through payer web portals.
- Clear understanding of charges/CPT/Dx & Modifiers.
- Guide a dedicated team of Representatives, providing clear direction, instruction, and motivation.
- Drive the team to achieve critical results that align with organizational and business objectives.
- Leverage your understanding of individual team members’ strengths, weaknesses, and motivations to maximize team performance.
- Oversee task completion and ensure the achievement of desired account outcomes.

A successful Team Leader for the healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM) team will require the following qualifications, experiences, and skills:
- SME and above level are eligible to apply for TL.
- A bachelor’s degree is desired, preferably in a healthcare-related field.
- Strong communication and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
- High energy, passion, and a proven track record of meeting quotas.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
- At least two years of experience in a team lead or supervisory role.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in revenue cycle management (RCM) within healthcare.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage deadlines and compile reports.
- In-depth understanding of performance metrics and excellent decision-making skill
