About the Internship


Clearwave Fiber is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Compensation Software Implementation Intern to support our team in rolling out a new software solution for managing commissions. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to gain experience in compensation analytics, system implementation, and process optimization within a dynamic telecommunications company.



What You’ll Do

• Assist in the implementation and testing of a new compensation and commission management software.

• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Sales teams to gather and validate commission data.

• Support data entry, system configurations, and troubleshooting.

• Help document workflows, procedures, and training materials for end-users.

• Conduct analysis and reporting to ensure data accuracy and system efficiency.

• Provide administrative and technical support as needed during the rollout process.


To be eligible, you must be:

• At least 18 years old

• Enrolled in accredited degree or technical school program

• Upper-level student (at least half-way through your program)

• Recent graduates welcome

• In good academic standing at your college

• Able to meet college requirements for internship program (minimum hours)*


Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, HR, Finance, IT, or a related field.

• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, etc.) and an interest in data analysis.

• Nice to have: Power BI and/or Salesforce experience

• Ability to learn new software quickly and troubleshoot issues.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Must be located in Eastern Long Island, NY, Pooler, GA, or Atlanta, GA and able to work remotely with occasional in-person meetings if needed.
