Description

POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting for our growing organization. This role will require a strong focus on sourcing, college recruiting, and relationship-building with candidates and hiring managers. The ideal candidate is proactive, strategic, and passionate about matching top talent with the right opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing & Recruitment

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for technical and clinical positions, from intake meetings to offer acceptance.
  • Proactively source and build pipelines for roles such as sales consultants, data analysts, clinical pharmacists, and clinical researchers through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other sourcing methods.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with passive candidates, creating strong talent networks.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and provide hiring managers with qualified candidates.

College & University Recruitment

  • Establish and maintain partnerships with colleges, universities, and technical programs to attract top entry-level talent.
  • Represent TruDataRx at career fairs, networking events, and campus recruitment initiatives.
  • Develop internship and early-career hiring strategies in collaboration with hiring managers.

Hiring Process & Candidate Experience

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure alignment with company culture and business needs.
  • Create a seamless and engaging candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
  • Manage job postings, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and recruitment reporting.
  • Guide candidates and hiring managers through the interview and selection process, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience.

Collaboration & Strategy

  • Work closely with leadership to develop recruitment strategies that align with business goals.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring best practices.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract and retain top talent.
Requirements

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in technical, clinical, or healthcare recruiting.
  • Strong sourcing skills, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and passive candidate outreach.
  • Experience with college recruiting and building university partnerships is a plus.
  • Experience sourcing for leadership positions
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with ATS platforms and recruitment tools.
  • Passion for identifying and securing top talent in a competitive market.
