As an Isuzu Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining transmission systems in our Isuzu truck models. Your ability to efficiently troubleshoot and resolve issues will ensure our customers receive top-quality service.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal performance.
- Performing engine cleanings to prevent rust formation.
- Replacing cabin, fuel, air, and oil filters as required.
- Performing tire rotations to ensure even tire wear.
- Testing tire pressure and adding air as needed.
- Conduct thorough transmission fluid flushes and refills according to manufacturer specifications.
- Document all work performed and maintain accurate records of services rendered.
- Adhere to dealership and manufacturer guidelines for safety and quality standards.
- Collaborate with other technicians and service advisors to provide comprehensive automotive services to customers.
- Stay updated on the latest automotive technology and transmission repair techniques through ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to facilitate efficient workflow and ensure safety compliance.

Compensation:
- Up to $135,000/annually.
- Experience and Certifications can make available additional bonus opportunities.

- High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a recognized automotive technical training program.
- Minimum 5 years of experience working in automotive service.
- Familiarity with GM products, Allison & Medium Duty Vehicles a plus.
- Ability to interpret and follow technical manuals, diagrams, and schematics.
- Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with team members and provide clear explanations to customers.
- Physical stamina and dexterity to perform manual tasks, lift components, and work in various weather conditions.
- Valid Florida driver's license with no major moving violations.
