Primary Responsibilities:
o Provide sales and technical support to customers
Wholesalers
Engineers
Contractors
o Qualify and track leads from company subscribed lead service
o Calculate take-offs, provide cross-references, generate quotes, and build submittal packages
o Form and maintain relationships with contractors and engineers to drive brand awareness, secure specifications, coordinate lunch n’ learn presentations and book orders.
o Assist company personnel with specification drainage and trench drain inquiries. Provide technical information as needed. This may include direct communication with:
o Plumbing Wholesale Distributors
o Site/Civil/Waterworks Distributors
o Plumbing/Mechanical Contractors
o General Construction Contractors
o Plumbing/Mechanical Engineers
o Civil Engineers
o Traditional Rep Agency Network
Qualifications:
o Possess excellent product knowledge of Sioux Chief specification drainage products and trench drain systems
o Understand how to read and interpret project plans, specifications and fixture schedules.
o Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
o Possess the ability to work with Microsoft applications
Secondary/Other Responsibilities:
o Training/Support provided to company employees
o Travel as necessary to provide training and/or attend trade shows
o Sales and Expense reporting as required
o Assist in designing, building and setting up product and other training/demonstration displays
o Other duties as assigned
