We're looking for a highly organized, process-driven, leader to guide our team through our next period of rapid growth. With a passion for people and love for data, the Inventory Supervisor will be responsible for building and developing our team and methods.

What You'll Be Responsible For:

Inventory

• Counting - Create counting schedule and ensure its accuracy.
• Tracking/Reporting - Create clear and concise reports to track and share KPI's over time.
• Ensure Procurement and Finance teams have up to date and accurate information.
• Requisition/Running - Create oversee systems that ensure all products, equipment, and packaging are brought to production      team in a timely manner.

People

• Development - Coaches and develops Team Leads, and Front-line staff. Keep a close eye for new potential leaders on the floor      and work with them to grow their careers at Power Stop.
• Building - Overseeing all staffing needs for inventory team: Hiring, temps, and scheduling.

Job Duties:

• 75% of time on the floor
• Stockouts
• Cycle Counts
• Adjustments
• Variances
• Accuracy - Inventory, Requisition
• Response time - warehouse calls
• Receiving      Quality

Experience:

• Proficient in Word and Excel
• 3+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing  and/or automotive environments
• Strong knowledge of OSHA and safety standards
• The ability to operate in ambiguous situations and be flexible as the organization changes and grows – excellent organization      skills!
• ERP experience Excellent time management and analytical skills – manage multiple priorities
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy and problem-solving
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Warehouse/Inventory Management System implementation experience
