We're looking for a highly organized, process-driven, leader to guide our team through our next period of rapid growth. With a passion for people and love for data, the Inventory Supervisor will be responsible for building and developing our team and methods.
What You'll Be Responsible For:
Inventory
- Counting - Create counting schedule and ensure its accuracy.
- Tracking/Reporting - Create clear and concise reports to track and share KPI's over time.
- Ensure Procurement and Finance teams have up to date and accurate information.
- Requisition/Running - Create oversee systems that ensure all products, equipment, and packaging are brought to production team in a timely manner.
People
- Development - Coaches and develops Team Leads, and Front-line staff. Keep a close eye for new potential leaders on the floor and work with them to grow their careers at Power Stop.
- Building - Overseeing all staffing needs for inventory team: Hiring, temps, and scheduling.
Job Duties:

Experience:
- Proficient in Word and Excel
- 3+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing and/or automotive environments
- Strong knowledge of OSHA and safety standards
- The ability to operate in ambiguous situations and be flexible as the organization changes and grows – excellent organization skills!
- ERP experience Excellent time management and analytical skills – manage multiple priorities
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy and problem-solving
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Warehouse/Inventory Management System implementation experience
