The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing industrial projects, ensuring seamless execution from project definition to the start of production.

Requirements

Project Planning and Definition:

Lead the definition phase of industrial projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to establish project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

Develop comprehensive project plans outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.

Project Execution:

Oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget constraints, and quality standards.

Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and other teams to drive project progress and resolve any issues that may arise.

Risk Management:

Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

Proactively address challenges and obstacles, making data-driven decisions to keep projects on track.

Stakeholder Communication:

Maintain open and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Provide regular project updates, status reports, and milestone achievements.

Industrial Plant Management:

Apply deep knowledge of industrial plant management principles to optimize manufacturing processes.

Collaborate with plant managers to ensure seamless integration of projects into existing production environments.

Quality Assurance:

Implement and monitor quality assurance processes to guarantee the delivery of high-quality products.

Work closely with quality control teams to uphold industry standards.


Competencies (Highly Desired):

Operational Excellence: Demonstrate a strong commitment to operational excellence in plant management, focusing on continuous improvement and efficiency.

Lean Manufacturing: Possess familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and the ability to implement lean practices to enhance operational efficiency.

Six Sigma: Showcase experience in utilizing Six Sigma methodologies to improve processes and reduce defects.

Root Cause Analysis: Exhibit proficiency in conducting root cause analyses to identify and address underlying issues affecting operational performance.

Process Optimization: Demonstrate a proven ability to optimize manufacturing processes to increase productivity and reduce waste.

Change Management: Possess skills in leading teams through organizational changes, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruptions.


EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

· Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. Certification is a plus.

· Proven experience as a Project Manager with 5-10 years in industrial project management.

· Strong knowledge of industrial plant management principles and best practices.

· Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

· Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.

· Domestic and International Travel 20-30%.
