EAH and is now seeking to strengthen the Rennline team with a product specialist as the
business continues to scale.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Handling inbound phone calls and emails
- Learning relevant information of constantly expanding product line
- Technical support of products (troubleshooting, technical specifications etc.)
- Assist network of vendors and suppliers
- Work alongside remote customer service team
- Resolving customer order issues (returns, shipment information etc.)
- Order Verification and Payment Support
- Data entry
- Other tasks as necessary

Requirements:
- High School Education or GED equivalent
- Basic vehicle knowledge

Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional Automotive service/repair/modification experience
- Previous customer facing experience
