JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Prepares, reviews and approves all sales invoices
· Works closely with Rental and Service Departments
· Provides support to Asset Manager as needed (title work, cost sheets, etc.)
· Maintain current call list
· Supports efforts with social media and acts as a representative to trade shows, etc. as needed
· Works to establish new accounts and increase sales growth
· Assists with coordination of outside sales efforts for all territories and sales representatives
· Motivates, encourages, and provides leadership to sales team
· Consults with potential customers to understand their needs; identifies and suggests equipment to meet their needs
· Attends weekly production meetings and facilitates sales meetings as needed
· Resolves customer complaints, staffing problems, and other issues that may interfere with efficient sales operations
· Maintains accurate expense records
· Performs other duties as assigned
· 2 - 3 years of experience sales
· Experience with Heavy Equipment sales a plus
· Ability to build and maintain business relationships with clients
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Excellent sales and customer service skills with proven negotiation skills
· Strong leadership skills
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
· Excellent problem-solving skills
· Thorough understanding of company’s markets, clients, products and services and those of competitors
· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
· Must pass a criminal background and drug test
· Must also submit to random drug tests during employment
